What this site is
This is a public reviews hub for Home Builder Marketers ("HBM"). It exists to display verified Google reviews, common questions, and information about HBM in one place. It is operated by Home Builder Marketers, not by Google. Reviews shown here are the public opinions of their authors and are pulled from HBM's official Google Business Profile.
What this site is not
- Not a place to leave a review (post yours on our Google Business Profile).
- Not the main HBM service offering. To work with HBM, visit homebuildermarketers.com.
- Not professional advice. Everything here is informational.
Permitted use
You may read, share, and link to any page on this site. You may quote reviews with attribution to the original Google reviewer and a link back to the source URL on this site. Please don't scrape the site at high volume, attempt to disable security features, or republish large excerpts without attribution.
Intellectual property
The site design, logo, copy, code, and assembled review presentation are owned by Home Builder Marketers. Reviewer profile photos and review text remain the property of the original authors and Google; we display them under fair-use journalistic practice and link out to the original source. HBM logo and brand are trademarks of Home Builder Marketers.
Reviews and testimonials
Every review on this site is independently posted by the reviewer on Google. We do not pay for reviews. We do not edit review text (other than trimming for layout, with a clear "Read full review on Google" link). If you posted a review and want it removed from this hub, email info@homebuildermarketers.com.
Video testimonials
Video testimonials are produced by HBM with the explicit consent of the participating client. Each participant has signed a release authorizing use of their likeness and statements. Videos are hosted on this domain.
Third-party links
This site links to Google Maps, Facebook, Houzz, and homebuildermarketers.com. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites. Use them at your own discretion.
No guarantee implied
Reviews describe past client experiences. Outcomes for your business will depend on your market, capacity, and follow-through. HBM's performance guarantee is a separate, written commitment included in HBM's client services agreement, not this site.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate, fast, and secure, but we don't promise uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Builder Marketers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
